Location: ZCB, Kowloon Bay

Scope: AP and architectural design services for an innovative energy saving proposal, using stormwater as an alternative cooling and heating medium to serve the existing multi-purpose room of ZCB. The E&M equipment is installed in a separate Modular Integrated Construction unit (emMiC). Associated works are carried out at the existing DSD box culvert.
